Area Served

We primarily serve clients in the Midwest. A vast majority of our asbestos related cases are filed in Illinois and Missouri because many of our clients currently live or work in the Midwest or because our clients lived or worked in the Midwest when they were exposed to asbestos.

Additionally, many of the companies that sold asbestos and asbestos-containing materials are located in the Midwestern states.

Aside from the lawsuits that we file in Missouri and Illinois state courts, we also file claims with bankruptcy courts and asbestos bankruptcy trusts.  These courts and trusts are located throughout the United States. We manage these filings and these claims from our home office in St. Louis, Missouri.
